Frequently Asked Questions

As early as possible ! It's never too early to start planning a party. We wouldn't want to miss anyone and not be able to fit you in 

Usually we have 2+. 1 main MC and 1 Assistant for games and dancing. It all depends how many kids you'll be having and which package you decided on

We schedule very accordingly between each party. We usually arrive 15-20 minutes earlier. Accidents happen, Traffic Happens. We ask for a 30-45 min late period. If we do come late, we will make up all the time 

We accept multiple forms of payments: 

Preferably cash, zelle, venmo, paypal, credit cards (+4% surcharge) 

Travel rate will be discussed in advance. We travel to all 5 boroughs and more. No party is too far 

As you know, no one ever comes on time. We always recommend inviting entertainment 1 hour after inviting guests. By the time they come, settle in, eat it will be approximately 1 hour 

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE !! Because we reserved a certain time frame for your party and if you cancel, we will not refund you. If there is a rain check date, we will transfer deposit to new date. 

If you invited us and none of the kids have showed up yet, we will try to stay extra if there are no parties after and if we have time. 

Completely up to parents! We do not add it into our prices. There are usually 2 entertainers working the party, and it is greatly appreciated 

Please, if you live in a house or with a parking space, it'd be great if we can have that ready for when we come.
